Shipping Policy
Your item is always steamed and shipped in a biodegradable bag that's placed inside a Priority envelope or box to protect. We ship USPS to help keep cost lower. Orders that will fit inside Priority envelopes and boxes will be shipped as such. For larger orders we will still ship Priority. We will ship FedEx and UPS if you call to request.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our handmade products are a "Final Sale." It's important to us that we do all we can to protect your health and wellbeing. If we accepted returns we would have to discard the items. We don't believe in waste or the consumption of disposable products as sustainability is part of our core values and a defining principle of who
we are.
